Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone in NH knows of any local support groups in the Seacoast area which deals with WLS? I set my appointment up with the surgeon this week but I would like to attend the support groups if we have any around here. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer: I am one of the co-founder of NHSeacoasters - a WLS support group. We meet the first Wednesday of every month. Our next meeting is next Wednesday - from 6-9pm. We have social time from 6-7 and the meeting starts at 7pm and goes until 9pm. We also have a FREE clothing exchange. You bring what no longer fits you and take the next size down - etc. No money is exchanged and what is left over goes to the free clothing store in Rochester. Here are the particulars: We meet at First Parish Church Congregational 176 West High Street Somersworth, NH If you have any questions, you can call me at 603-335-6995 (if I am not home, I have an answering machine). We look forward to meeting you soon. Linda Co-Founder of NH Seacoasters
