Any non-hospital program WLS SUPPORT groups out there?
I'm over 3.5 years out from my VSG. I have been maintaining well and I'm here on the OH boards regularly. It would just be nice to occasionally meet with others to share/exchange information and experiences.
I live on the western side of the state in the Connecticut River Valley, but certainly would be willing to travel!
Maintain daily activity levels and practice clean eating........still battling some unhealthy behaviors!
Hi Remember me? I'm so glad to hear that your maintaining well. :-) I'm 5 months post op now. Done 61 lbs since the surgery date and 83 total including all preop diets. Thanks for talking to me in the beginning. It did help to get to talk to different ones before surgery. Thank you again.

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!
(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
