Any Lawyers?

I am being told and seeing online that in NH , I am allowed to do my own will , power of attorney, etc.
Online forms from Legal Zoom I was thinking of using.

Does anyone in Nh know if this is true , that we do not need an attorney to draw up a will.

I have zero to leave, clothes can go to Goodwill, all other possesions belong to man I live with.
But I want medical power of attorney especially to make my wishes if I become incapicated, and I want a will to say how I want my funeral arrangements.

Anyone know if this or true.
Thank,
JEN

Jen,
I know that Legal Zoom is legal in NH as long as it is filed correctly.  I am not sure if you need to file with the court, or just a notary.  It should let you know on the site.  Make sure you tell your family as well your wishes, and show them a copy of it so they will know.  If this is something you are worried about talk with them.

Hope this helps.
