Weird thoughts

OK this is what was going through my head at 4 am while washing my hair, weird I know.  Just throwing it out there to see what anyone thinks.

Saggy, baggy wiggly skin
I can now see a dimple in my chin.

I have bat wings, but I can not fly
Wait is that a sparkle in my eye.

The stretch marks are showing,
 but my face is glowing

size 24 was what I wore
size 10 is now in my drawers.

People would look around or through me,
Today they all want to be me.

I love my saggy baggy skin,
It is a triumph of where I have been.

Chin up, smile out, This is me happy no doubt!

Love this!!! Thanks! I am 5 days post op so a long way from the baggy skin but I think about it. I like the positive attitude you are displaying. I need that right now. Was feeling kind of down this morning because every time I swallow something it hurts. Not my throat, but my stomach. Nothing horrible really but kind of discouraging. And forget trying to get the protein in at this point. I know it's normal though and I will keep getting better. Enjoy the nice weekend! Janet

  It was a crazy weekend, but I did enjoy some sunshine.  Keep up the good work,  just sip sip sip and walk walk walk.  It takes time but you will see the difference soon.  hugs.
