How Long.....

How long did it take to hear back from BC/BS... I still have not heard from the office about the bypass... it just seems so long and i worked so had you would think BC/BS would be faster....

It was 7 business days for me, call and check sometimes it is just sitting there.  Hope you get an answer soon.  Hugs
