Cost of Psych Dr @ Portsmouth...

Hi,
My sister is looking into possibly having surgery at PortsmouthHospital and was wondering if anyone could tell her what the cost of the Psych Doc is since that part will be 100% out of pocket.

$275 seems to be ringing a bell for me, but I paid for it 2 yrs ago.  If you call the Bariatric Center, I am sure Gail or Nancy can give you the amount.

I think it was $275 for the behavioral modification classes, but he accepts payments, as long as everything is paid off by the end of the classes.  I don't think the initial consult was that much.  $175 comes to mind for that one, but it was almost 4 years ago too!

I just went through Dr. Wagner's program (Sept. 2011) and it was $430 out of pocket. The first consult was $125 if I remember correctly. Yes you can pay as you go along.
