Portsmouth post op support group???

Does anyone know if they are doing the post op support group for October since the 2nd Monday is Columbus day and all???

My surgeon has moved to PA to practice so I am looking for a new support group to attend. Is the Portsmouth or Parkland support groups open to everyone or just for the surgeons in their practices?

If they are open could you give me directions for both and what dates they are held?  thanks for your help...Laurie

Hi Laurie,

There is no longer a Parkland support group, so you would need to attend one of the Portsmouth groups. It is open to everyone and below is the info. The sessions are held in the hospital's classrooms. Head into the main entrance, head to the right and follow the hallway down to the back of the building and you will find the classrooms!  The hospital is located at 333 Borthwick Ave. in Portsmouth. Post-Op Support Group

Portsmouth: 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 pm in the classrooms of the Shoals Building, inside the hospital

No registration is required for Support Group Meetings.
