Hi, I live in NH and I'm getting ready to get some of the extra skin removed after GNY surgery. I know of a couple plastic surgeons.

(I heard a lot of good about Dr. Feins in Manchester NH, so he would be my first choice right now)

(Dr. Brown in Bedford, NH but I had never heard of him before my doctor mentioned him...don't know of anyone who has been to him)

If anyone could share their experiences and who they were happy with, it would be greatly appreciated. I am extremely nervous about this as I have heard some horror stories out their.
I would also be willing to travel to MA etc. if it meant finding someone good.
Thank you so much,
Swiss

Hi there Swiss,

I went down to Ma for my PS. Mass General has a Residency PS Clinic that is a great program and you can't beat the price.
I really loved my doctor and the experience was good too.
I choice 2 rounds of PS, I had my arms & breasts done first that was $5300.00. with an overnight stay too. All surgical costs were included for that price. I had my TT done 3 months later and my insurance paid for the TT (I had Harvard Pilgrim at the time) both of my surgeries were done by the same doctor and I have only good things to say about their program.
Good luck with who ever you pick I have heard all good things about both the doctors you mentioned.....

Hi NHskinnygirl,
Thank you so much for responding to my post. I just learned about Mass Generals Residency program yesterday. So I am so happy to hear from you and that you had a good experience.
I have a question if I could ask, you mentioned that your insurance covered your TT. I am hopeful that my insurance is going to cover mine also (I was under the impression that the residency program didn't work with the insurance it would be great if I'm wrong)...I have documented my rashes and yeast infections etc. (I also will need more work done)but wondered did the residency program worked with your insurance for your TT. I wasn't sure if they took insurance? I would expect that not everything I'm having done would be covered but it would be great if some of it could be.
Thanks so much again for sharing your experience with me.
