1 year ago today

1 year ago today I had my surgery, I can't believe it has been 1 year already.  It has taken me through all of my emotions and knowing that I am healthier today than I have been in decades makes me feel even better.  Knowing I have done something positive in my life to allow me to be here for my boys means more than words can express.  So here are some pics of before and after 1 year.
It took me almost 6 months before I could see a difference.

Thanks, well tonight is the baseball banquet,  but I  may swing into Savers and see if they have anything new in my new size 10-12.  A little different than the 24  I was wearing last year. :-)

Thanks, I am so happy, I am still trying to lose the last few pounds that I want to drop, but I am happy.  I know the "Honeymoon" period is over and now it is how bad do I want to lose and keep it off.    The hair I was afraid of losing or that the curls would go away, nope stayed and actually got curlier.  Never thought that would happen.  As for loss as long as I am getting enough protein I don't seem to lose as much .  Hope you are doing well and that things are going well for you.

  I am very excited to have come this far and to keep going.  Weekends seem to be my downfall, sounds weird, but I plan better for the work week and need to figure out weekends better.  You look great as well.
