Wednesday's Plan

OK well yesterday went well, followed my plan well and managed to get 70 g of protein in so I am working on getting back to where it needs to be.

Today
Egg, cheese, bacon (I need to find something else here LOL)
Lunch - burger no bun w/ cheese
dinner - chili (need to go out tonight)
snack Greek yogurt w/ blue berries & splenda
snack - 1/2 slice of cantaloupe & 1 Piece of pineapple - someone brought an edible arrangement in to work today.  (as well as pineapple upside down cake that I avoided, I feel like I could dump just looking at that one.)

Time to start this again. Was sick over the weekend so on my Monday weigh in I was down 4lbs but I know the real reason for that ;)  Now that kidos baseball season has started I REALLY need to watch since the work to field thing does not play well with eating right.

Today's Plan
Breakfast: cottage Cheese and Almonds (shocker)
Lunch: Chili w low fat cheese (double shocker!)
Snack: Fiber one bar
Dinner: Turkey Tacos without the shell

Have to fun straight to a game right after work so I'm thinking I should have planned that snack a little better but I didn't :(  If I'm real lucky the game will be rained out... its too dang cold to stand outside for 2 hours!!
