Monday's Plan

SO the weekend went OK, ate a lot of chili lol but that is what I could handle,  sometimes I hate being a girl and dealing with girl issues and no CHOCOLATE  

Anyways today is going to be better

Breakfast - egg, bacon, cheese wrap
snack - cheese stick
lunch - chili (leftover and I need to fini**** up)
snack - Greek Yogurt w/ splenda & blueberries
dinner - I took haddock out of the freezer and steamed veggies w/ baked sweet potato

had a bit of a rough go last week and over the weekend but I HAVE to get back on track this week. Was going so well but after last week the magic number went the wrong way (total dislike!)

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese & Almonds
Lunch: chili
Dinner: grilled chicken and veggies (I think, actually haven't planned it out yet.. so much for better week!!)

Tomorrow should be exciting; get to go to Lebanon for Hubs to get his new ear turned on :)  Should be a good day... but an eating challenge! Ill let you know how it goes tomorrow.
