Thursday's Plan
OK so work has been nuts this week and planning is going ok, have been doing ok with the eating even when plans change on the fly. We went to a new little place in Rochester called Joanie B's and I was able to have eggs & cheese and bacon. Well that is what I ordered lol I was able to eat about 1 egg w/ cheese and 1 strip of bacon, any other RNY's out there still only eating about 6-8oz at 10 months out? I think I may need to add protein back to my coffee to get out of this stall.
Pokes, today is a new day and better choices, you did what you did and it is behind you now. Make today better than yesterday and know we all have days like that. Hugs

Breakfast - Egg cheese & bacon wrap
lunch - 4oz Pork chop and steamed Sweat peas
dinner - Haddock and steamed veggies w/ potato (maybe)
snack - turkey and cheese slices
snack Greek yogurt if I need it
Pokes, today is a new day and better choices, you did what you did and it is behind you now. Make today better than yesterday and know we all have days like that. Hugs

Hi! I am a newbie to this forum... can I join this thread? I'd love to have a place to be accountable! I am doing low carb/atkins style to loose weight for surgery... so far I'm down 14lbs in a week by my bathroom scale (I know... water weight!)! I can always loose pretty quick low carb but can never keep it off, always gain it back and more, and even at my lowest EVER (like 20lbs less then when I was 15!!!) I was 220, still with a BMI of 36 and still with high BP and insulin resistance :-(
Anyhow...
For breakfast - Atkins shake
snack - almonds
Lunch - salad with deli turkey and one slice cheese, splash of italian dressing (made w/evoo)
snack - ?
Dinner - grilled porkchop (I will let it sit in bbq sauce before I grill, but won't add any extra to mine after) with steamed seasoned veggies.
snack - SF fudgicle or one mini SF pepermint patty?
I can't believe how fast the cravings past this time... I have tried many times before. I think it is because I have my "eye on the prize!"
Please let me know if I am "butting in" to a priviate thread... I know this is a pretty small group and I totally understand if you're not looking for another member :-)

I have actually started journaling again (ick!) I hate it but when you are honest with yourself it works so well :)
I got on the scale this AM... big mistake. I am trying to have Monday weigh ins so I don't get that scale addition again but today I needed a reality check... up like 1.5. I know in reality a day of bad didn't put that back on me but still need to focus more!!

Lunch: Chili w low fat cheese
Dinner: Cottage Pie
Snack: No sugar added pudding.
Everyone keep their fingers crossed that the storm that is coming is nothing throughout NE.... working for the elec company we are in panic mode and they are talking about working through the weekend..boo!!!

lunch- 3 egg whites
snack- Greek yogurt
dinner.. didn't have the hamburger last night so it will be tonight..
