Tuesday's Plan
Breakfast - egg, cheese bacon omelet
lunch - Greek yogurt w/ splenda & blueberries
dinner - Haddock - broiled with lemon & panco bread crumbs. I am also loving my steaming bags for frozen veggies - Sugar snap peas ( I eat 4 lol) but I can steam as many or as few as we need. Justin Loves these as well.
Snack I have a protein bar
Also I am drinking the So-be Black & Blueberry life water. I have 1 liter bottles and I will make sure I drink 2 of these today.

Yesterday went alright.... except for the stupid 2lb chocolate bar the neighbor brought over for us. UGH. Definatly ate too much of that; but I did put it in the food journal on my phone, counted the caloires and was true to myself (& stayed below my daily calories despite of it!). You would think after speaking at the meeting last night I would have been a little better but.. oh well!

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with Almonds
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: Going out with some of my friends... will probably get Chili there too. The boys better watch out!
