Monday's Plan

OK weekend was good for me eating and a lot of walking!!!
We made a quick trip to Foxwoods because Hubby starting to work today!!!!!! So we went to celebrate.  We eat the steam dumplings and that is what we eat that all time that we are there. 
It is 98% protein and not fried and sooooo good.  OK for today here is the plan

Breakfast - egg & cheese bacon
lunch - egg & cheese & bacon ( didn't do much cooking lol)
dinner - Pork with steamed  veggies
snack I have protein bars
snack Greek yogurt w/ blueberries & splenda.

Weekend went alright for me. Did a lot of moving around throwing an over crowded baby shower (heals for 5 hours, bad call on my part!). Eating didn't go so good with Cake and half a cookie being my food intake until about 730pm  but still since I really started watching things I have lost a total of 6.5lbs :) love when it works!

anyways, Todays plan

Breakfast: Lower sugar oatmeal and Banana
Lunch: chili w low fat cheese
Dinner: .... wow, NO idea
Snack: Protein Bar

I got a call from Cindy and it looks like I'm speaking at tonights meeting... again so looks like a gym free day! They really need to get more band people to speak!! Wish me luck!
