The best thing to do is be positive. If you believe the surgery will be easy, it will. I've had several surgeries, never been nervous and have never had a problem. Also, keep telling yourself that you will heal perfectly and quickly. The power of a positive mind is unmistakably effective! Best wishes and sending positive thoughts your way!

Have a positive attitude!!  Know that you will be sore, it will pass. There may be times when you don't feel great, things might make you sick, it will pass. When it is all said and done, you will feel so much better about you!!!! it is all SOO worth it!! Never underestimate the power of positive thinking!!  Good luck to you!!  Cindy

Good luck Jennifer! Dr. Looser is great! The hospital staff was great!
It will be 3 weeks post op for me on Monday. I'm doing really well.
If you have any questions or concerns ask away.
Stay positive!

Jen,
bring a pillow for the ride home, keep it pressed to your belly for the bumps.  Relax and know that you will do great.  You will be on the other side before you know it.  Call if you have questions or if you want me to stop in I work at the shipyard and can stop after work.  Just relax and you will do great.  Bring a book, your C-pap machine if you have one and ask for the "Reiki" Treatments.  They were great  and helped with pain.

TTFN
