Thursdays Plan

Overly aggravated here at work and its only 830 so I need to post up a plan to keep me on track!

Breakfast: Lower Sugar Oatmeal with a Banana
Lunch: Chili with reduced fat cheese
Snack: 90 cal fiber one bar
Dinner:  BBQ chicken with sweet potato.

Yesterdays plan went well, didn't eat my snack and ended up with a chix pattie and roasted potatoes for dinner :) No activity though.. BOO! Need the weather to warm up so I can get my walk on! SO mad today I may go out and risk the cold to work off some of my aggravation so I don't explode.

OK so yesterdays plan went fairly well.  I did  eat a chicken nugget (stopped and bought them for the boys and thought 1 no problem what was I thinking DUHHHHHH <---------)

anyways today is another day

Breakfast - egg cheese & bacon wrap
snack - Greek yogurt w/ blueberries & Splenda
lunch - More chili lol
dinner I have fresh haddock that I am going to bake with some lemon and garlic.
1/4 sweet potato and steamed veggies

FYI I tried to make spinach artichoke dip with Light Miracle Whip DO NOT TRY THIS 
ewwwwwwww I was trying to make this rich dip WLS friendly not going to happen, mayo is the only way this will work the Miracle whip is way too sweet and tastes sour after baking.  
OK so on to my next t revision of an old favorite lol

OK so yesterday went very well for me.

the fish i was planning on was actually for chowda ( OK bamma ?) so i was kinda bummed cause how can you eat chowda with out 3-4 handfulls of oyster crackers?? so went home put the chowda in a bowl and counted out 22 crackers.... not 23 .... 22 that is the serving and it is 60 cal and that's what i told my self i could have! and it was good ... so it was a big victory!

and today..

gym this morning ( 5 min late) with big red 27min cardio and 15 strength

breakfast - 2 egg whites on wheat toast ( only one sandwich round left so i saved it for lunch)
snack- 3 hard boiled egg whites
lunch-tuna on a sandwich round
snack - Greek yogurt
dinner-thinking i might stop for Wendy's chili on the way to my second job..
