Wednesday's Plan
I have been doing so well lately, it is almost scary! I have been totally following my plan, exercising and losing and gaining the same 1 pound. Well I guess I can't have it all.
So my plan for today:
Breakfast: Shake with 1 teaspoon peanut butter and banana
Snack: Apple
Lunch: English muffin pizza
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: I am making hash with the left over smoked shoulder, potatoes and carrots.
Hope everyone is doing well. I am off to a meeting then the gym!

I think I did alright yesterday. Definitely had an unplanned snack when I got home from work but other than that, it went well. I do need to work on post work snacks (I don't even know if I'm hungry!) and my water intake. Today, thanks to the bottle someone really cool got me, I'm doing better but I'm also realizing how poorly I was doing with it before!!
Anyways, today's food plan
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with Almonds
Lunch: Chili with low fat cheese
Dinner: Turkey Taco with beans and low fat sour cream, salsa and low fat cheese
No walk with the rain today. should hit up with Gym after work but still have the house guest. Once he is gone (and I recover from this time change that is kicking my ass!) Ill make it there again!
