Monday's Plan
OK so I know we had a weekend lol but it was so crazy I am glad I am back at work.
Monday's Plan
Breakfast - egg cheese & bacon wrap
Snack - cantaloupe
Lunch - Turkey & cheese rolls
snack - Cheese Stick
Dinner - Grilled chicken Not sure where staying late so I can hit the meeting tonight.
Hope to meet some people there.

So eating has been good but I want to keep this going. So....
Breakfast: Shake with 1 teaspoon peanut butter and small banana
Snack: 2 Cheese sticks
Lunch: Tuna melt on English Muffin
Snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: I am making Chicken Cordon Bleu but will eat after the meeting toninght.
The good thing about not working is I can plan meals and really take the time to cook. I plan on roasting a chicken for pot pie and chicken vegetable soup to freeze. It is actually fun to cook when you are not rushed.
