Monday's Plan

Breakfast - egg, cheese & Bacon wrap
snack - Greek Yogurt w/ Splenda & Raspberries
lunch - Roast beef & Cheese stick
snack - Cantaloupe
dinner - not sure forgot to take anything out so probably burgers

You are keeping me going with this! Thanks.

The weekend was interesting to say the least. Probably did not make the best choices, but I did the best that was available to me.

So today my plan:

Breakfast:  Lite english muffin, peanut butter and banana (again, probably not the best choice but oh sooooo good)

Lunch:  I have lean cuisine shrimp and pasta.

Dinner:  Roast beef hash (home made) and a veggie. 

Snack:  I have a protein bar and greek yogurt.

Oh and I am going to the gym tonight!
