OK here we go, if nothing else this keeps me accountable

Breakfast - egg& cheese wrap
snack - Greek Yogurt w/ raspberries
lunch - chili
dinner - pork cutlet (baked) w/ 1/4 sweet potato
snack if needed a protein bar
