Monday's Plan

OK well my brother is heading home for 2 weeks leave and I will be heading to the airport tonight to meet him.  So I need to plan for everything tonight!!!

Breakfast - Egg, cheese, bacon wrap
snack - Greek yogurt w/ raspberries ( I buy the plain and add frozen fruit)
lunch - protein oatmeal
snack - pure protein bar
dinner will be on the road, but I am sure it will be some type of grilled chicken

I need to work on getting more fluids (water) into my day.  I have  been drinking my coffee, and then something at night and I know this is why I am having this stupid stall again.
