one year annaversery
so .... one year ago today .... where has the time gone? the last year has been one of the most amazing rides you could ever imagine! It has not been all roses but it has gone pretty well. where to start ...( at the risk of this sounding like an awards speech) a huge thanks to all of my friends at the PRH program and all of my Friends on line here! you have all been a tremendous support system and i could not have done what i have with out you people...Bamma thank you for everything you are a great role model and i am honored to have you as one of my dearest friends!! Pokes thanks for keeping me laughing and keeping me in check... BIG-RED i have wanted to be like you for the last 40 years and i am glad that my journey has helped you to find the way in your journey!
firsts in the last year.... water skiing .... kayaking... mountain biking....knee boarding... normal BMI... normal blood work #'s...
than 340 lbs now 184lbs
than 44.9 bmi now 24.3 bmi
than bp 170/115 now 145/75

Congratulations on your one year anniversary and your accomplishments this past year. It has been amazing watching your changes and your growth within your new self, I couldn't be any more proud of you. It's nice to know that your new healthy body will help you to be around to watch Munch grow into manhood, being with him is the best gift you could ever give him.
And yes, you have been a major inspiration for me starting and continuing my journey to a new life. THANK YOU!!
