Almost at Pre-Op Testing stage!

My meeting with Nancy today went well, I have lost 10lbs. so far! She said that once I loose 5 more lbs. I can begin the pre-op testing process. Granted, I still have a total of 17 lbs. more to go, and this may not be close to my surgery date yet... but when I heard that 5 lbs. can get me closer to my goal I was sooo psyched!  Tonight I am going to the gym with folks I met on this site  - I am a little nervous but motivated because of the meeting this morning- I know I still have a ways to go but I am grateful fro everyone on this site for keeping me motivated!

You are doing great!  Keep up the good work! :)   I just reached my pre-op goal weight yesterday and I can not even begin to tell you how good it feels.
