OK so yesterday didn't go too bad, all things considered. lol
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ protein
snack - Greek yogurt
lunch grilled chicken w/ 1/2 slice of wheat bread
snack - pear
dinner Chicken buffalo style w/ veggies or 1/4 sweet potato  I still can only eat about 4-5 oz of food so I am limited with choices, but I am lucky I have the full feeling.

Well so far I am one for one!  I vow to do better.  So here is my plan for today.

Breakfast:  Shake with simply smart milk and crystal light....(must remember to order shake mix!!!!!)

Lunch:  Goulash (hamburger, peas, corn, tomatoes and noodles with taco seasoning) about 1 cup

Dinner: Chicken pot pie that I finally remembered to take out of the freezer!

For snack I have plain greek yogurt with onion seasoning (sort of like onion dip!) and 6 kashi crackers  and a pure protein bar if needed. 

Went to the gym last night for the first time in about a month and a half....man is it easy to get out of shape fast!  Sucking air big time.
