Tuesdays Plan

OK So we all agree we need to plan better so lets help each other out and plan plan plan.

Breakfast - Egg & cheese wrap (I make them on the weekends and just grab one)
snack Greek Yogurt
Lunch - Chili
snack - pear
dinner - meatloaf w/ veggies & sweet potato
snack (if needed)  cheese stick

Breakfast - one egg and one egg white and a slice of 97% ham on a sandwich round ( waaaayyyyy better than yesterdays choice)

snack 1- home made turkey pot pie ( about 1/2-1/3 cup)

lunch- meat loaf and grilled veggies

snack 2 - protien shake

dinner- i think i will have a tuna sandwich

might throw in one more snack due to the fact this is my really long day ( 4am- 8:30 pm)

OK, I'm a little late but I'm still on it!

Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese with 100 cal pack almonds
Lunch: 1 cup chili with low fat cheese
Snack:  90 cal granola bar
Dinner: Turkey Taco w beans
snack: 100 cal pack cookies

I have found over the past few weeks my sweet tooth has come back with avengence!! I'm trying to get it under control but man it has a hold of me. I have been trying the 100 cal cookie thing but some nights its just not cutting it! Fingers crossed this is just the stress of the past few weeks catching up wit me and it will pass...
