new year and a new plan... (not really)

OK so i feel that my eating has been getting a little off track lately so it is time to fix it! i have gained a lb or 2 ( not a bad thing) but mentally i do not feel good with my choices over the last 2-3 weeks so i think its time to write it down again...

anyone else?


so here goes..

breakfast 4 am - turkey sausage egg white flat bread from DD and a order of hash browns... (total 480 cal-17g fat -59 carb-21 pro)
snack 1  8am- eas carb advantage shake (110 cal 3g fat 17g pro)
lunch 12 pm- home made turkey pie...
snack 2 3pm- Greek yogurt
dinner not sure but i will make sure it is healthy 

ok so after looking at the nutrition facts from breakfast i can do a lot better and tomorrow i will. 

so how is everyone else doing?
