My Plan for the new year!
So, I am set and determine to lose the little bit that I gained, and get back into everything again. I went skiing Saturday, and boy did I feel it! So, back to my plans and the exercise challenge. So as I am eating breakfast at work (and sliming UGH) here is my plan:
Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 tbls low fat cheese (cooked a little too much so having a hard time getting it down). 1/2 biscuit with 1 tsp marg.
Lunch: 1/2 cup fettuchini and two meatballs with sauce. 1 tbls parmesan cheese
Dinner: skinless "fried chicken". Chicken breasts with flour and spice coating sprayed with olive oil and baked. oven baked french fries and carrots.
For snack I have a pure protein bar.
