Tuesday's Plan

Ok so life has been getting in the way of posting my plan.  But I know I need to keep myself accountable.  Feel free to ignore the the good and let me have it for the bad already today. 
I am going to make an effort to get more protein in today, but I need my oven back so I can cook dinners uggghhhhhhh


Breakfast - 1/2 bagel with FF Cream cheese
Lunch -  Chili
Snack - I have a greek yogurt (need to eat it today)
snack - 100 calorie popcorn (trying not to stress eat)
dinner - depends if the element for my stove  comes in hoping for baked fish tonight w/ steamed veggies (snow pea pods)

WATER WATER WATER WATER lol I need to drink more as well.  Life happens and I need to work this tool properly and not just when it is convienent.
