Thursday's plan

Well the week is half way over and I am home and back to normal lol.

Breakfast - egg & Cheese
snack Greek yogurt w/ sf peach
lunch - chili
snack protein bar or oatmeal _ Depends on what is left in desk at work
dinner - the chicken I was going to cook last night turned into Fish  lol
If I need it I have apples or grapes for snack tonight.
