Wednesday's Plan

I am on my way home so today has been a weird meal day, but not too bad considering

Breakfast - Protein Bar
Lunch - Chili - Wendy's style
snack - Greek Yogurt when I get home
dinner - no clue what is left in the house but most likely chicken & Veggies
snack if needed (depending on what time I get home) some fruit & yogurt

Hi Sookie...

Wow, it has been a challenge for me to post lately...but here goes.

Breakfast:  1 cup granola and 8 ounces simply smart milk

Lunch:  4 ounces tuna with 3 tbsp Light miracle whip and 10 flatbread crisp crackers

Dinner:  Not too sure right now, but I am thinking!!

I forgot my yogurt today, so if I need a snack it will have to be my apple and peanut butter.

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
