Thursday's Plan

I am trying not to stress eat with everything going on so I have to keep doing this.

Breakfast  Greek Yogurt w/sf Peach spread
Snack Protein bar
Lunch (Mexican festival at work today---spicy chicken and cheese)
Diner - chili (need to get the kids costumes together tonight for the party this weekend)
Snack I have cheese sticks if needed.

ok so it is a little late in the day to post but i feel i NEED to to keep my head on straight..

so i am working 12+hr days till thanks giving so this is going to be hard.. at work at 4am so i think i am going to have to rearange my meals or something..

breakfast - eas carb advantage shake
lunch- wendys chili
snack greek yogurt
snack2- dont have anything ... crap will stop on the way to my 2nd job
dinner- matbe an egg sandwich 9havent had one in a while)
