Monday's Plan

OK well weekend went well, did pretty well, didn't get as much walking in as I needed, but did a lot of work on Saturday (painted mom's house) so the plan is as follows

Breakfast - Oatmeal (need something warm this am)
snack Greek Yogurt
lunch turkey & cheese rolls
snack protein bar
dinner baked chicken with veggies
Snack if needed - cheese stick
Have a great day all

My weekend was absolutely crazy filled with ups and downs the whole time.
Considering it was birthday weekend for my kido I think I did alright. I'm still trying to figure out how I was going all weekend but still feel like I got NO activity in at all.

So.. back on track
Today's Plan

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w grapes & almonds
Lunch: Chili w low fat cheese
Dinner: I think its going to be meatless chicken patty night. I hope to go to the meeting tonight so I need something easy!

anyone else going to listen to hear what the plastic surgeon has to say tonight?

Hey all,

I had a pretty good weekend, did a craft/vender fair on Saturday, then off to camp.  Hubby thought it was such a relaxing time at camp that we are going to go up again next weekend...we still have the screenroom to take down!  I realized that my cruise is 4 weeks away, so I need to get serious! 

My plan:

Breakfast:  Medium apple with 2 tbls natural peanut butter

Lunch: 3 ounces of pork tenderloin and butternut squash

Dinner:  homemade macaroni and cheese and ham....YUM!!! 

I have pure protein bars and cheese also if I need it. 
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

ok strange i posted my plan this morning but it is not here..

well again..

i think i need to get back to planning i have been vearing a little off track and i need to keep it under control so i dont screw this up,,

so

breakfast-EAS moyoplex
lunch tuna and wheat thins with light mayo
snack greek yugurt
dinner either left over shepards pie or steak and shrimp...

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

wendy's chili
popicicle

and of course all my liquids in between and throughout


I'm going to the meeting tonight.  Should be interesting to hear.
