Well the week is flying by and I am trying to plan better with everything going on and work.

Today
Breakfast - egg w/ cheese 10g protein
lunch - ham & cheese slices 14g
dinner - chicken & rice & veggies 30g
snack - greek yogurt w/ sf peach preserve 19g
snack - Atkins protein bar - 18g (if needed)

Hope everyone is having a great week, it is almost over!!!!

Hey Sookie,

I give you all the credit in the world for sticking with posting your plan.  I have been so stress and busy that I have not taken the time to do this, and my eating is showing it.  So here we go!!!

Breakfast:  1/2 cup granola with simply smart milk

Lunch:  Yum homemade fish chowder!

Dinner:  Wendy's chili (I have dodgeball at 9:00 ugh tonight)

I also have greek yogurt, an apple (freshly picked!), and protein bars if I need them.

I really need to start paying attention again.  It is amazing how your portions and choices go haywire when you are not paying attention!  I also need a fill, but no time or chance to get down there at this point, so I need to figure that out!

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
