Monday's Plan

OK so not sure who will be here today, but I am working so here goes

Breakfast - egg& cheese bacon
lunch - tuna on 1/2 pita
dinner roast beef - veggies
snack - Greek yogurt w/sf peach spread

I'm working today too.... I think its lame but.... yeah, cant think of any positive to it ;)

So today's plan

Breakfast: cottage cheese w grapes and almonds
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: sausage & peppers.

Have group tonight and I forgot a snack so its gonna be a long one!! Ill have to bring lots of water to try to keep the growling down :)
Hope to go for a walk today at lunch. Should be a perfect day for it :)
