October Exercise Challenge
Hi everyone,
So a new month, a new goal.....Dodgeball starts this week, so I know I will have some exercise. I need to get back to the gym also.
I am keeping my goal of 1400 for this month. I have a lot going on, but most of it is activity driven, so I hope to make it this month.

I'm going to stick with my 1200 since I have been having trouble getting the time in as of late. I know I should push myself with a higher goal but I don't want to become disappointed if I don't make it. I have enough disappointment bringing my confidence down... don't think I could handle more!

I'm sticking with 1400 this month. Now that fall is here, I don't know how many days I'll be able to walk into work - hopefully a lot because walking in the cool weather is better than on the really hot days. But, I just haven't felt like walking in lately - gotta lose that attitude and real fast!

Ok, now that I'm actually post-op, I want in on this challenge! I hope I do better with it than I have with eating food! Now that I'm feeling a little better and have my second follow-up appt with the surgeon today, I want to start exercising more. I'm assuming the number we give is minutes? for the month? If so, put me down for 1000 to start. Let's see what I can do.
