Yup, I am alive!!!! Tuesday's plan
So Dave is not the only one who has been slacking. I don't think I have planned for two weeks. I did weigh myself this morning...first time in a month, and was very, very surprised I was only up .2! So here goes.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup granola with simply smart milk heated. (my favorite lately)
Lunch: Shephard's pie (@1 cup)
Dinner: hummmm, since I am cooking, pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes and green beans...
I have protein bars and baby bell cheeses for snacks, if I need them.
How is everyone else doing???

It is here at the yard during work. I get to take the time during lunch lol I know it will take me a bit longer, but I think it will be worth it. I am just excited to be even thinking about something like this, when just 1 year ago I was handing out the water at the end and cleaning up after everyone. I am in hopes to figure out a costume that I can run/walk in. Maybe my old hockey jersey or ref stripes. we will see what happens on that I have a little time to figure it out.

IF the weather holds Ill walk at lunch again and hit the gym after work (I didn't gym yesterday... I refuse to go on free pizza Mondays!!)
I feel like i have been doing very poorly as of late. I was really sick at the beginning of the month and happen to go see Dr gens at the time and got weighed. I was down like 15lbs in under 3 months, I think because I wasn't eating bc of the cold. Now that I'm slowly getting better the weight seems to be creeping up and its freaking me out... LOTS. I feel like I am failing all over again and its totally messing with my head!!
