Friday & Weekend Plan

OK well today we take off so here is the plan

Breakfast - Protein Coffee
snack - Cheese slices (in the cooler)
Lunch is a grilled chicken wrap (on the road)
Dinner will be Dim Sum at the Golden Dragon 
snacks I have packed are protein bars and cheese slices.  Also bringing chocolate protein for my coffee.  Have a great weekend everyone and catch you on Monday!!!

wow, things are SLOW around here today.

Anyways, yesterday went pretty good. Had a wasa cracker that wasnt on plan but I dont think that counts... i mean, its all air!

Todays plan
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w almonds
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: dad is taking us out becasuse I got his AC in Florida fixed for under $500 (actually, under $200). I think its just going to be a sub dinner so Ill have a sub with some protein on it ;)

This weekend will be fun. we are around all day saturday, may go for a small hike if my eyes allow, and sunday we are helping one of y friends back up the moving truck for her move so I should get some good activity in then :) of course she is paying in Pizza and Beer so.... the activity I gain my be lost VERY fast!
