Thursday's Plan
good morning ..
had a good yesterday ... stuck to plan well... went out to dinner with my buddy from NC and he wanted subs... i got a tuna wrap and ate 1/2 ...
so for today
iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
snack -pure protien bar
lunch- (not what you think) 1/2 tuna wrap left over
snack -Greek yugurt
dinner... thats gonna be tough heading for the race track after work for the weekend so i am not sure ... but i will make it as healthy as i possable can!

Breakfast: Shake with simply smart milk
Lunch: Tuna on a pita with lite miracle whip
Dinner: Hannaford has chicken on sale, so I think I am going to stop off and get some. Have some good recipes at home, so maybe will get some couscous to go with it!
I have cheese sticks, oh yeah bar (my last one!) and a plum for snack!

i didnt post up yesterday since I spend the day volunteering for the Day of Caring. I think I did pretty well food wise :)

Lunch: left over steak from last nights dinner
Dinner: Chicken and veggies
I hope to get some activity in today since, yet again, Im not at work. Seems I got poisin ivy or something in my eyes yesterday.... let me tell ya... its a sexy look ;)
