omg its wenesday already
well yesterday went good for me i stuck to my plan for the most part..
i stepped on the scale this morning and it appears that i am down another 3lb soooo close to my goal i can taste it (pun intended)!! come on 180's
so for today..
iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast - eas carb advantage shake
snack1- pure protein bar
lunch- tuna with 5 wheat thins and light mayo
snack 2 - Greek yogurt
dinner.. that's a good ? i have to bring my camper to the race track tonight so might have to eat on the run WILL make a healthy choice though

Oh Dave....for some it is going fast, for others oh sooooo slow!!! Come on weekend!
So I put some figures into myplate and found out that if I want to reach my goal for November that I have set, I can have 1,030 calories per day! Ouch. Found out I was eating between 1200 and 1500. Amazing how it creeps up on you! So getting down to business:
Breakfast: Shake with simply smart milk
Snack: Grapes and a cheese stick
Lunch: pasta and cheese (low fat!)
Dinner: Probably will be roast beef with potatos, gravy and 2 veggies (yup mother in law is cooking tonight) It is our "last meal" with them until next June so she always makes something good.
I have an oh yeah bar for snack if needed in the afternoon.
So I need to put all of that into myplate and see where I am.
Changing it up a bit today and paying for it already :-( when did I become so stupid?????
Breakfast - Egg, Cheese, ham on sandwich thin ( I think this is what is not going well) I didn't eat the whole sandwhich thin, but it is not likeing me right now.
Snack - nothing for a while, angry Helen (pouch)
Lunch I brought Ham & Cheese & mini Peperoni we will see how I feel at lunch
dinner is going to be Burgers on the grill w/cheese and no bun!
snack Greek yogurt if I can get it down, may end up being lunch we will see.
