hello everyone..
yesterday's plan well... not so much ... i ate good just not to plan.. lunch a co worker took me out to subway and i had a buffalo chicken flat bread... and dinner ended up being an egg sandwich instead of speg. and i added a 100 calorie pack of munchies (thanks pokes) for my 1am snack.

OK for today

iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch-tuna 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack 1- Greek yogurt
snack 2-pure protein bar
dinner- not sure but my back up plan is an egg sandwich(been digging them lately)
1am snack-100 cal munchies pack

Monday ganged up on me plan went ok till dinner lol must have been the day for eggs for I ended up with omelet for dinner.  Sorry  I missed the meeting Soccer didn't end till 6.


Today
breakfast - egg, bacon & Cheese
snack - grapes
lunch the last of the chicken pot pie
snack - Greek yogurt
dinner - still haven't shopped and have soccer and boosters tonight so eggs sound good tonight as well.

I think your body, and your co-workers are thinking you need a change!!!  You still didn't add that 1/4 " slice of cheesecake in though!!! 

For me, yesterday went okay.  Still fighting with the "I want to eat 24/7 and everything I can get my hands on.  Good thing I only bring so much food to work! 

So Breakfast:  Shake with simply smart milk

Lunch:  left over unbreaded chicken parmesan (that my husband cooked last night)

Dinner:  Not sure what I have in the freezer, but I know I am cooking.  I really need to plan dinners a little better!!!

Snacks:  I have 100 calorie almonds (1 yes 1 package) Ran out of pure protein bars, so I guess it is oh yeah bar, and grapes. 

I really need to go shopping, but the budget says..."I don't think so!!" 

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

Yesterday went pretty good. Ended up having some wheat thins when I got home from the meeting I hadn't planned on but other than that.. it all went well :)

Today's Plan

Breakfast: Eggs w low fat cheese and 2 wasa crisps
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: I didn't take anything out... crap. So probably Turkey Tacos :)

I hope to go for a walk at lunch so I can head home after work. Kiddo is having 'mom' issues so he isn't doing well when me (fill in mom) isn't around (found out the hard way when I got home last night! )

And Dave... good to know the 100 cal packs are being used!! now... GO BUY MORE BEFORE YOU RUN OUT!!!
