good morning all ..
yesterday went very wall for me food wise!! i stuck pretty well to my plan.

so for today..

iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch-tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack1- pure protein bar
snack2-greek yogurt
dinner... tacos... yea i think that sounds good...

this weekend should'nt be that tough for me.. i have a party saturday  but it is at a friends house that is around 2 1/2 weeks post op so i think i will be able to make some good choices there.. and sunday i think i am hanging with my son and Big-Red so again choices should be easy..

Todays Plan,
breakfast - Protein coffee
snack - meat & Cheese from a lunchable
lunch - Chili
snack Greek yogurt
dinner - well not sure depends on how the Soccer game goes.  We may go out to celebrate.
If we do grilled chicken for me or home burger & Cheese

Have a great weekend all, and if you are so inclined please pray for the Troops leaving NH Tomorrow.  God speed to them and may they all return safe to thier families.

Todays plan should be pretty easy since I got a fill yesterday and Im staying home from work sick (I hate it when the sickness wins!!)

Breakfast: Green jello
Lunch: shake or  Rest of the cream of celery soup I had for dinner last night
Dinner: a shake or maybe something out. If I can get myself together Hubs and I had planned to go up to Portland tonght. (I hate missing kid free nights bc of sick more than missing work!)

Yesterday went well. Came home, had some soup and went to bed. and now im getting the kid on the bus... and going to bed. I like bed.

Hi all,

So yesterday went okay.  Was way too busy to really think about eating, but still struggled a bit.  Getting better though. 
 My plan for today:

Breakfast:  Shake with simply smart milk (which I drank wayyyyy to fast)
Lunch:  Spaghetti with meat sauce and fresh parmesan cheese
Dinner:  Have no idea. Going to look at new cars, so we might be really late...

I have extra snacks so I am not starving when we finally get home.  So hopefully I will not eat them first thing this morning!!!
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
