Thrursday's Plan
OK today
Breakfast - egg & cheese
snack - Greek yogurt w/ SF Peach preserves
lunch - cook out at work (steak/burger)
snack cheese stick
dinner - wake tonight so something quick probably chili
snack more yogurt lol
well yesterday went well for me for the most part ****ill bed time) i stuck to my plan through dinner... around 9 i fell asleep in my chair and woke up around 11... well that was when a little snack before bed enden up being a cup of seafood chowdah with oyster crackers (that a ate way to fast) and felt like crap after ... total mindless eating !!!! sometimes i will have a small snack before bed (if not i wake up at 3am hungry) but i am upset with the fact i ate the bowl of chowder without thinking what i was doing! i guess i have to work on that... (oh jeff we need to talk)
so my plan for today
iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch- snot sure big red is supposed to come pick me up for lunch...
snack- greek yogurt
snack2- pure protein bap
dinner- i think it will be pork chop and a salad

Yesterday went alright for me. Not feeling well at all so I went for a walk vs. going to the gym again. Didn't each much either, just not feeling it!
Today's Plan
Breakfast: Eggs w. low fat cheese & some left over taco meat
Lunch: Shake (Hope to get a fill today)
Dinner: Cream of something sou*****thing... depending on how I'm feeling.
Now, does anyone know if they will do fills when you are sick or not? I don't see why not, but at the same time, who knows. Also, does anyone know what is good to take for a cold that wont make me feel even worse (NyQuil was a little rough last night!)
not sure on the cold meds..
big red has an appointment with dr gens today if you see him say hi it will screw with him.. ( i look like him.. but with hair)

I have notices a pattern with you... you are VERY regimented but when you run out of something it throws you off (remember the vitamins?). Go to BJs or something and stock up so you don't run out again!!!
I didn't see Big Red over there :( The doc was running late though so if you are waiting to hear from him, it might be later than you expect! (I got out at 11... for a 1015 appt!)
Hey Pokes, I am the same way. I am starving for the two days I am on shakes (usually only make it a day and a half!) I think it is because we get so used to eating food that fills us up, that when it is just liquid that goes into our larger stomach, it does not give us the feeling of being full. Sounds good anyway.
So my plan......well, I have really been struggling with head hunger/desire to eat everything in sight! REALLY struggling. It is a good thing that I am at work with limited food. I find myself thinking about it all day now. Don't know what is wrong, but trying to work on it. Funny, on the weekend, I have no desire to eat!
So today's plan:
Breakfast: Shake with simply smart milk
Lunch: Chicken salad on a small pita and a nectarine
Dinner: I am thinking spaghetti with meat sauce. I might go out and get some linguine. Easier for me to chew.
Snacks: Well, I have a pure protein bar, oh yeah bar and 100 calorie pack cheez-its....Oh ya, did I mention that the food I am craving the most is carbs!!!
