Thursday's plan

Wednesday went ok, I gave blood so I know I didn't get enough protein in, but I did get plenty of fluids probably about 100 oz so that helped but I think I may wait a bit longer before I do that again.  I got a little light headed afterwards which has never happened before. 

So Thursday's Plan....
Breakfast --- Protein Bar (18g)
snack Greek Yogurt (18g)
Lunch roasted chicken (20g)
snack cheese stick (6g)
Dinner - Tuna (21g)

Total 85g protein if I  can get it all in lol so far so good, The protein bar is gone!!!!

Good job with the protein Sookie!  Don't be afraid to sneek in another cheese stick or something between now and snack if you need it.

Yesterday went well.  I think though, eating at 8:00 at night or later is hurting me, but I really don't have any choice! 

Today my plan is:

Breakfast:  my usual shake with simply smart milk

Lunch:  I have about 1/2 cup lobster with celery and lite miracle whip on a sandwich round.  I also have my nectarine. 

Dinner:  I guess I am picking up pizza on my way home tonight.  Not a real fan of pizza anymore, but I can eat one slice, less the crust.

Snacks:  I have my protein bar and cottage cheese if needed.
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
