Its Monday (GROAN)
I did really good over the weekend, but I am still playing with three pounds, so my goal is to lose that and more for the month of September. I would like to lose 7 pounds this month before my physical on September 28th!
Breakfast: Shake with 2 tbls peanut butter and simply smart milk
Lunch: Tuna and kashi crackers. Nectarine
Dinner: Gary will be cooking, but he has been doing a pretty good job lately!
Snack: I have baby bell cheese and pure protein bars if needed. I will probably have something before I go to the gym tonight.
i had a lot of fun this weekend and was very active! did some mtn. biking and tons of walking! i did pretty well eating not perfect but i did ok.. ( did manage to get sick sat night.. not sure why) but today its back to plan.. (till thursday when i head out camping for the long w/e)

breakfast-eas carb advantage shake
lunch-tuna 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack- i hope there is a greek yugort in the fridge here at work because therwe was none at home ;-(
dinner... not sure wife and i have to start prepping for our trip to lake george this w/e so not sure what we are eating but i will make it good..

Today is the beging of the interesting week. SInce I don't get on the plane till 1235 I thought I would still post up.... get my weekly motivation.
The plan.. for today atleast
Breakfast: COttage cheese w. almonds and grapes
Lunch: PB&J for the plane (I probably should have tried to time that flight better!)
Dinner: I HOPE to go shopping once i make it to FL so Ill pick up some shrimp or something to have at the house for the week.... snacks and dinners full of the good stuff there.
Snacks: I have some almonds in my carry one and a suitcase of almonds and protien bars for while Im down there so I have someting with me at all times. My buddies are gonna think im crazy!

Good afternoon all =).
The weekend went pretty well for me though I also got sick Saturday, however, I know why... I had steak for the first time since surgery and it tasted so yummy I didn't chew it up properly (I cut it into small bites and would have been fine but I did the old two chew and swallow like a goof). Lesson learned.
Breakfast - cottage cheese with pumpkin seeds
Lunch - Lean cuisine turkey w/dressing (and I skip the dressing except for a bite or two)
Dinner - tilapia and green beans
Snack - either a greek yogurt or a protein bar
I'm doing much better on protein now. On average I get 55 grams a day. Though I will occasionally have a 40 day. Breakfast alone this morning was 20 grams so today I might hit 60ish.
