So I had an absolutely horrible weekend. Ate OK, definatly could have done better but I managed not to plan well and endlessly be in situations where crap was the only thing available to eat. Im actually quite mad at myself that I didnt deal with it better and am worried because I feel like I messed up this past weekend knowing that next week is going to be a rough one in Florida. Im getting crazy stressed about a thousand things so I hope next weeks vacation away from everything will get me back on track!!

So, today

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with grapes and almonds (was loving this the last few weeks, tis getting old now)
Lunch: Salad with steak tips and light dressing
Dinner: Steak and fresh green beans from the garden.

Hubs starts to new job today so I have to head home after work to take over kido duty from the neighbor. Once hubs is  home I hope to go out to the gym and get some activity in, I feel like crap after the past weekend. Either way, no meeting for me tonight :(

Well, the weekend went ok not great but not as bad as it could have been.   We had Thanksgiving in August for my brother before he ships out so the food was way over the top, I even helped the kids make ice cream sunday's and didn't feel deprived.

For today
Eggs & Cheese -Breakfast
Tuna Lunch
Not sure about dinner, depends on what I pick up on the way home.  or if Jeremy takes something out while I am at work.

Greek Yogurt w/ sf berry spread
I may throw a protein bar in if needed to make sure I get enough protein in.

Hoep all is well with everyone!

My weekend was pretty good, I ate pretty good, got some exercise in, not much, but I think I gave myself a much needed rest from working out.

Today:

Since my husband used all the milk and did not tell me, I had peanut butter on sandwich round sandwich for breakfast.

Lunch:  left over salmon and green beans ( and 5 sweet potato fries)

Dinner:  not sure.  I am going to the meeting and I have to go grocery shopping, so hubby is cooking.

Snacks:  I have a pure protein bar and baby bell cheese and kashi crackers.

And Dave, you forgot to mention that you were voted most changed at your reunion!

Oh yes, we need to teach you how to use the spell checker....that little checkmark by the smily face!

Love ya~

I had an ok weekend. We ate out twice which can be hard especially when you'r etrying to count every point but the one meal I had at Olive Garden was surprisingly very good for me. The posted stats on one bowl of Tuscani Soup is 170 calories, 4g of fat, 24 carbs and 18g of protein! That is even better then the protein bars I eat.

Today has been a bad day as the vet called me first thing this morning to tell me my dog was not going to recover and we went in and brought him home for a few hours before the vet came over and gave him the shot that put him to sleep. I've not really been able to eat anything much today as a result.

So far I've had :
a small can of green beans that I ate 2/3rds of
a 100 calorie cheese pack
4 olives

I know that is not sufficient by any means and will try and eat more before bed. Just been a sad day.

Lady Catherine,

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dog.  It is such a hard thing to go through.  They are such a part of your family and your life.  Take care, and try to do something good for yourself today.
