IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!!
Hi all!!!
Well it is Friday, and for me this will be an interesting day. We are now moving the 60 boxes of dead files that I have worked on all week to storage. I really had an upper body workout yesterday! Lunch will be late, so I am making sure I have snacks to carry me through.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with a small amount of granola.
Snack; Baby bell cheese (2) and kashi crackers (8). Is that better Dave??
Lunch: Steak fajita with a small amount of lite cheddar cheese
snack: Pure protein bar (yes I am hooked. Still like the oh yeah bars though)
Dinner: Gary is likely cooking tonight, but I think I am going to take out something to give him an idea!
Hope to go to the gym tonight for the 4th day. Level two of the couch to 5k kicked my butt last night!

well yesterday went OK for me.. did well eating all day.. got home late and decided to have egg sandwiches for dinner(fried egg on a 100 calorie round) well i had 2 (about 420 cal) well than i had a few tortilla chips and 2 bites of macaroni salad... THIS IS VERY UPSETTING TO ME!!! it was kinda mindless eating! i still felt hungry after the sandwiches but i know if i had waited i probably would have been fine... well i guess i need to do some hubs and spokes for this (thanks Jeff).. i still only had around 1300 calories.. i am just not happy with the "mindless" nature of my eating in the evening.. guess i need to work on that ..
OK so enough beating my self up about yesterday on to today

lunch- tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack1- Greek yogurt
snack2-pure protein bar
dinner- not sure might go out with the wife and son(haven't spent much time with them lately) but i will eat well if i do...

OK, just getting to the computer today. Morning in a different office always throws me.
So, the plan
Breakfast: Shake with orange crystal light (yeah, I still don't like shakes... icky!)
Lunch: Chili w/ tortilla chips (work lunch.. thank God for chili)
Dinner: Burgers (at least that's what I have planned for the ground beef in the fridge!)
Yesterday went alright. Ate pretty close to plan. Did have a fudgesicle after dinner though.. .no sugar added of course ;)
Activity was a little lacking. mowed the lawn in 45 minutes. Used to take me twice as long!! While I'm glad it takes less time, I'm kinda bummed I don't get as much activity time in doing it :(
Tonight the plan is to hit up the gym for as long as I can take it. Hubs has work tomorrow so I'm on kid duty and wont be able to go to the gym. If I'm good I might be able to convince him to go for a bike ride.
You 2 enjoy the run :) Think of me slacking off for motivation ;)
