Hello all,

Yesterday did not go as planned but I've got a lot of stress in my life this week and I guess I am a stress eater. I had two unplanned snacks but I tried to make them healthy. One was half an ear of corn and the other was s 100 calorie cheese cube pack. I never realized I was a stress eater until now. Luckily, I rarely have stress in my life!

Todays plan -

Greek yogurt for breakfast (inspired by you guys because I see you all eatting it. Now the question is how can you stand it! It was so thick and has such a heavy flavor. I got the one that had a little add on of cherry that you could mix in and I was goign to try and just eat it plain with that little bit on the side to add in only if I needed to... and I added it all. Maybe I will try some other brands too =P This one is called Fage.)
Lunch - Tuna fish with triscuit
Dinner - Turkey w/dressing lean cuisine that I will eat most of the turkey and a few small bites of the dressing.
Snack - pure protein bar

The texture is actually what I like about it, dont like the thin yougurt so I dont know how to help you there, but definatly need to mix something in it. I usually go for splenda, some people do instant coffee or surgar free jelly (I couldnt swing that one). I have even been known to add some cocoa powder to it along with the splenda when I need a choc fix :)

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

Thanks for the ideas guys =). I'll try both the splenda w/vanilla or chocolate powder as well as adding nuts (new place for my pumpkin seeds perhaps). I'll be buying more for sure since it has such nice protein.

Excellent job adding the protein and better choices.  You will notice a huge difference!  I eat the chobani yogurt.  I love the vanilla with splenda and granola.  You can also add some crystal light to the vanilla.  It stays with you, and is less sugary than the other yogurts.  Since I started eating this, I have not bought a regular yogurt.  I am hooked.

You might try some cottage cheese too.  That is a great snack.  I love it with Kashi crackers, and all of the kashi crackers have protein in them too, and they are really yummy!

You should be proud of yourself turning this around so fast.  You are learning new behaviors also, because I bet that you would have gone for something a lot worse than corn and cheese before.  Give yourself a huge pat on the back!
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
