wow it's time for thursdays plan already
morning planners how has everyone been doing?
i had i good day sticking to my plan yesterday i was on the money all day... come dinner time i dad not get as much protein as i should i was very hungry and took a bite of cold steak and did not chew it good enough and i got what i would call "semi-stuck" just kind of a lump in my pouch soooo i only had 1/2 of my dinner but i guess its OK feel good this morning..
today i had to be at work early(and i have to work my 2nd job tonight so the only exercise will be at lunch time... i am thinking about trying walking up and down the 4 flights of stairs we have in the building just to mix it up a bit..
my plan
iced coffee with sugar free coffee-mate
breakfast- ears carb advantage shake
lunch-tuna with 6 wheat thins and lite mayo
snack1-Greek yogurt
snack2-pure protein bar
dinner... not sure wifey is going to be getting ready to go camping for the w/e(so will i when i get home from job 2) so it will have to be something quick.. any suggestions????

Plan went pretty good yesterday. Stuck with it except when i got home I did have a few wasa crackers with a little PB because I was STARVING (went to the gym after work, then my neighbors concert so I got home about 8pm... and didn't have my snack..oops)
Anyways, here is today's plan
Breakfast: 1egg w/ 1/4 cup egg substitute and 1/4c cheese
Lunch: 4oz chicken w 1/4c corn
Dinner: TACOS!
Still have that pear from yesterday too that might make it into the mix somewhere.
After work I plan to hit up the gym again since tomorrow is going to be BAD. We have a company outing so will be there all day (breakfast and lunch) then going to see the Lowell Spinners tomorrow night (dinner). Still planning on Mt. Chacoura Saturday so hopefully that will help me deal with Fridays indiscretions :)

I know...I have been MIA the last few days, but have been doing really well.

Lunch: Piece of chicken and breaded zucchini
Dinner: Hum..not sure - Hubby is working with Dave tonight, so I am making dinner after grocery shopping for camp. It might be a meatball night!

So Dave, Pokes and I have decided to run a couple of 5k races (and maybe one 10k). We were all supposed to start the program together but it seems I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS!!!!! Of course, I am the shortest, so I have to run more than they do, so I need all the practice I can.
My plan for today is:

HEY!! I started the program last night!! Started at week 4 since I have already been running some. I think Ill stick with week 4 for a while since I managed to make my knee hurt... Im good like that!!
Looked up the Eliot 5k too, its September 25th... doesnt leave us much time!!!
and I have to figure out how to run while im in Florida at the end of this month... now THAT is gonna be a challenge!
