is happy!!

I am so happy today I got my first appointment.....I know its not that important but to me its a big step in the right direction.....this is the best decission I have ever made.. I can't wait!!!!

I think it is very important.  I remember being excited but a bit nervous.  Be proud that you are taking the steps you need to take care of yourself.  You deserve it!  Congratulations!

Thanks to both of you!! I woke up this morning and thought to myself sometime in the near future I want have as many issues with getting up as I do know and that will be a great day.

Hi Nancy,  Trust me, this is a big step and is very important.  You decided to take care of you, and do what you need to do to get healthy.  I don't know what is more important. 

Thank you. I feel so good about this I can't believe its starting. I know its going to be a long process but at the same time I have waited so long for help and to be able to ask for help that I don't mind waiting the rest of the time.
