Thursdays Plan
It is kind of useless for me to post these next two days, but I will anyway! I have a colonoscopy (oh fun) scheduled for Friday at 1 so for today I am having a shake this morning to try and get as much protein in for the day. Then it is clear liquids after 9:00 am until after 1:00 tomorrow! I have sugar free jello, apple juice, gatorade 2, crystal light, and white grape juice. I may get some broth, but that has a lot of sodium in it, and the prep is all sodium, and I don't want an issue, so I will probably stick with what I have.
Oh ya, did I mention that I get really nasty when I can't eat!!!
How about everyone else?
Oh yes, and I had my last 1/3 of my Mike's Pastry cannoli last night, because I knew I could not have it the next two days.

With you and Dave posting at the same time I had to chose... and I chose to post with you... banders need to stick together and if you arent eating, i dont want to see you get nasty (I know I get CRAZY nasty when I dont eat!)
Yesterday went alright. Didnt go out with the girls, went to the gym for an hour instead :) Ate what I planned on, except had a 100 cal pack of choc covered almonds.. mmmmm
So, here is the plan for today
Breakfast: 1/2cup cottage cheese with 10 grapes and 10 almonds
Lunch: chili with low fat cheese
Dinner: Plan on chicken and veg but there is ANOTHER softball game tonight so we will see what happens
Snack: I have the other half of the 100 cal pack of almonds from breakfast looking at me so Ill eat those at some point Im sure
I think Im going to hit the gym before the 6pm game... get in 40 minutes or so. In the past few weeks I have actually been losing, I think its the cardio I have been doing as of late :)
Finally, Random Question: why is there no elliptical listed on My Daily Plate? I would think that would be pretty commonly used. RIght now Im using brisk walk as a replacement.

i see how you are... i thought we were tight.... and you have known me longer (wah wah wah)
i use myplate also and i have never been able to find the Elliptical machine i figured it was just because i cant spell (like you guys couldn't tell) so i always use the calories that the machine gives me and input them manually ...
so what do you #'s usually look like on myplate???
i am around 1000-1300 cal and 90-120 protein

boo Dave... I thought you would understand!! I don't know what came over me... must be the canolli going to my brains ;)
On my plate I usually am around 900-1200 calories (But I have NO idea how much I should be eating anyways) and 80-100g of protein which it yells at me for in big red numbers since, apparently, its too much.
I assumed I was spelling elliptical wrong too but I went online, did a spell check and copies and pasted it in and still nothing. It must be called something else (I know bike rides I have to look up bicycling... LAME!). Ill keep it at my brisk walk though, I figure its better to under estimate than over estimate.
